My friends have their own Paypal account, and by it they can make transactions and get paid through blogging via Paypal. They told me to disregard the prompt regarding filling in a working credit/debit card.
But if I disregard it and wasn’t able to fill the credit/debit card form, I can’t send out money. HELP.

You can sign up without a bank account or a credit card and always add these on later by clicking “add funds” or “add credit card”
You can receive money if another paypal user sends you money and the you are able to send you paypal balance to other paypal users.
paypal might have change their pocicly since your friends joined
because if didnt have a way to link your acccount with a bank account or credit card you couldnt transfer money from them to your bank account
there would no way for you get your money from your paypal accouint to you
you need a bank account to use paypal
how else could you get your money if you want to use it
