Hmm? How would the sender not know who they are sending it to? The sender has to know whoever they are sending it to has a PayPal account and would have to know what that e:mail address is. I don’t get your question of the sender not knowing who they are sending it to. Unless of course you are talking about breaking into someone else’s PayPal account and sending it to someone else (perhaps even yourself) and you don’t want the owner of the account to know who you sent it to. If that’s the intent here, please try it and if you have internet access from jail let us all know how it worked out.
Both participants will know the details of the transaction, but only the name on the paypal account not the actual name of the remitter.
If I have a paypal account in the name of paypalpayer@yahoo.com and I send you money the only information you will receive is that email address and the amount of the transaction and date and time.
As the sender I must specify the paypal address to send to. However there is no other information other than what they specify as contact (usually email)
