Paypal has kept alot of my money. I have to wait 6mo. to try and get it back. I would like to use something else instead.

A debit card works easily.
Paypal is a great service, however, it you are having problems and are very good about checking your credit card statements every month, you may want to open a credit card with a low balance and just keep that one for on-line purchases.
