I used icici debit card which I have right but paypal is not verifying it and says the card has limited a access.. I contacted Bank and no use. Is there any other option to get verified in paypal? pls answer..

You should be able to link a bank account, savings or credit. So I would retry linking the bank account. You can contact Paypal support if you are still having problems.
