You can send money to other account using the email address for that account. You can use both accounts but not together. So if it;s for a big purchase or you need funds keep money together.

Just log into one account, and send the money in that account to your other accounts email address. Then you’ll have combined the two accounts.
If you want to, you can then close the account with nothing in it by contacting Paypal. Alternativally, keep the account incase of emergancies.

You can… but the receiving account will have to pay a fee on the incoming monies.
Its best to call PayPal on their Toll free number and explain to them what you want to do.. and have them do it…
