No. They used to accept money orders like 4 years ago, but they have since stopped that. Credit/debit or bank account is your only option. You can call paypal if you wish but they will tell you the same.
I use PayPal but I can’t find any info on line about what you are asking. I do have the customer service number you can call to ask them about it.
