Looking for a US prepaid credit card/debit that can be loaded using Paypal accounts. I’d prefer to know more than one in case one of them doesn’t work

I do not think that is possible. They (Paypal) would need away to verify the street addy, and you and with pre-paid it is anyone’s guess as to who you really are.
Use a bank account, or a credit card. Or even the PayPal account.
