Steven F is correct. The amount you can send, and the amount he can accept depends on what type PayPal account he has. If you send more than $500 , they make HIM upgrade to a Premier account, and then he pays a “fee” to get that money (around 2.6% give or take).
If you both have business or Premier accounts, there is NO LIMIT as to how much you can transfer ( NOT WIRE ) between one account and another….
You can SEND $1,150 though PayPal. You have NEVER been able to wire transfer anything though PayPal. A wire transfer refers to a specific type of electronic transfer.
