I have an American Paypal account and an Israeli Paypal account. I live in Israel but I am an American citizen and I lived in America for many years. Now they want proof of my residency and obviously I can’t prove my residency and I don’t know what to say. I am afraid I am in violation of the terms of service and then they will take my money. What can I do?

I don’t think that they will take your money, but if you are still able to access your account, just transfer the money from one account to the other.
I’m not sure what else you can do. Sorry.
