I just sold an item on ebay. The buyer paid me through paypal. My paypal shows the money. Does this mean I actually have the money and can ship the item to the buyer?

yes you have the money. i’ve been using paypal and ebay for 6+ years and has never had one problem. if the user that sent you the money is verified you are covered by paypal its the ones that are unverified that you have to worry about.
if you added your bank account it can be direct deposited if not you will have to wait for a check in the mail. there are other options but i used direct deposit so im not sure what the others are.
