I don’t have a credit card but i want to buy something on ebay. And most of the stuffs requires me to pay using paypal. So i was wondering if i could sign up for a paypal acc using my normal atm card.

The signup for PayPal is free, but to buy something off eBay, you need to have a Credit Card and a Bank Account/Debit Card. If your account is verified, you can then buy items off eBay with your Verified PayPal. If you don’t have a Credit Card, you can contact me for an alternative.
Most check cards and ATM cards have a Visa or Master Card logo on them and can be used just like a credit card online.
Has to be a credit card or a debit card
You can use it as long as it has a Visa or Master card symbol on it. My regular ATM card has one. It is not a credit card.
the atm card has to be a debit card (does it have a mastercard or visa logo on it?) If not, go to your bank and see if you can switch your atm for a debit card.
