My girlfriend is now in Philippine and I am in Japan.
We wish to purchase using her Paypal registered in Philippines and will ask the buyer to send the product to me here in Japan..
Is it possible knowing her Paypal and linked Credit card billing address is from Philippines?

Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times the seller will not ship items to addresses other than the address that is linked to your Paypal account. The reason for this is the seller would not be covered under Paypal’s Protection Plan if the item would be lost, stolen, etc… I would highly advise asking the seller first before you make a purchase because one of Ebay’s rules as well is that the seller does not have to go through with the transaction if the address’s do not match. Hope this helps!
