I ordered a nintendo wii on ebay and paid for it thru paypal for 310 plus 25 for shipping. It was sent on jan 25 and i still have not received it.

get a tracking number and contact the shipping service… they will be liable if it was indeed shipped and lost in shipment.
Hopefully you have already filed a complaint with Paypal. While it may take a while to get your dispute resolved, they will freeze the sellers money until that happens.
