I’m wary of linking my bank account to my palpal account because they keep track of my bank account. But adding my debit card they won’t let me send over $0 to anyone being unverified. To verify you have to add your bank account.

To answer your initial question, the answer is yes. You may re-use a bank account that has been removed from a previous account, however the system will only allow this account to account movement 3 times before the bank will be locked out.
PayPal gives you two options to become verified, you may either apply for PayPal Buyer Credit or you may add and confirm your bank account. Confirming your bank account is rather quick and easy and your information is always secure on the account. PayPal can NOT view your bank balance in any way.

i’ve been using paypal over two years and haven’t had ONE problem with them. to verify is very simple, they make two small deposits to your account somewhere between .01 and .20 and once they’ve been deposited all you gotta do is log into paypal and tell the them the two amounts of the deposits. it’s very secure. and i don’t think they keep track of your bank account.
