Hello i have a negative balance to my account on paypal. Then they sent me to the I.C. Systems collection agency. I havent been picking up their calls and i got a letter. If i pay the ic Agency the money i owe to pay pal. what will happen to my paypal acoount? will it still be in the negative? Please i need some help. thanks in advance.

your debt has been transferred to the credit agency, so by paying it off it should also affect your paypal. But call paypal and find uot for sure the best way to pay it off.
pay it off ASAP! It will affect your credit negatively for many years.
