PayPal says my available money is $0. Will eBay automatically deduct the money from my debit or do I have to verify it?

When you set up your debit card on PayPal they will send you a few cents to your banking account to make sure it’s a real account. And you’ll be told to go into your PayPal account and enter the amount they gave you. Say if they send two amounts. One is 2 cents and the other is 4 cents. They’ll ask for each NOT a total amount. Then after that your account will be available to use. And ebay or other company’s you buy from using PayPal will just take the money straight from your card.
Is the Paypal account attached to you bank account. Paypal sends two tiny deposits to you bank then you have to go into Paypal and confirm the deposits thereby confirming your account.
You have to go in through Ebay to authorize payment for an item, but unless your Paypal account is attached to a bank account or credit card if you have 0 in the account then it will not pay for the item
If you have no place for back-up funding and you have no money in your Paypal account; then your Paypal debit card is useless because a debit card is not like a credit card.
you can set money aside into a pay pal acct.and deductions come only from that acct.but you show 0 balance since you have not opted to do so,since you have a debit card listed with pay pal you need to do nothing and pay pal will deduct just like a regular credit card automatically,no verification needed
It will deduct it from your debit card. When you are paying since you have $0 dollars in your account it will deduct it from your debit card.
With 0 cash balance, money will then be taken from your credit card connected with the account.
