I dont really understand how it works this whole paypal thing, some people say is to buy online, but if i do decide to buy online with that account, do i need to have a credit card on files,? can i send the money from the paypal account to my credit card,? how does it works?

you can send money using YOUR email address to ANOTHER email address. So if your credit card company has an email address and they have a PayPal account … YES …. but they prb do NOT have a PayPal account so in that case … NO.
With PayPal you GET money by sending REQUESTS FOR MONEY to customers, friends, or anyone who wants to give you money. When they click OK on the invoice you send them (By clicking on the toolbar where it says REQUEST MONEY) your PayPal account increases. When you want to send money to someone with a PayPal account you select SEND MONEY and you enter their email address and tell PayPal how much money to send from your account to theirs. But to send money to someone they MUST have a PayPal account. To GET money from someone they do NOT need to have a PayPal account but will have to have a credit card and be willing to put that on the invoice you send them. You won’t be able to see their card info but you will see the money appear in your account, minus PayPal’s handling fee (around 2 or 3%).
I bill all of my customers with PayPal and they can use it or just send me a check in the mail. A lot of people like PayPal but many hate it as well. I think the ones who hate it are the ones who don’t have any money .
You can tie PayPal into your credit card or bank account and then if you send more money than you have in your account they’ll cover it for you and electronically deduct it from your account on record.
If you have good credit you can also apply for the PayPal CREDIT card and back your account that way.
