i just recently verified my paypal and decided to add funds but now i don’t need paypal. i was wondering if i cancelled my empty paypal account while funds that havnt been cleared are currently being processed will it cancel the funds transfer process and leave the money in my bank account.

Don’t be silly ..PayPal never cancels transactions (they make money out of funds kept ‘in the account’)
You will have to withdraw the funds (transfer the money back to your bank a/c again).
PS why are you ‘loading’ money into PayPal ? If use PayPal to spend money, they will automatically take it out of your bank as required …
PayPal is NOT a bank and does NOT conform to banking laws ..
If anything goes wrong – eg. your a/c is hacked or you are ‘connected’ in some way with a fraudster ..perhaps your paid money to them .. and you have a ‘positive’ balance, it is almost 100% for sure you will never see it again ..
Whereas if you maintain a zero balance and PalPay takes money out of your bank (or charges it to your Credit card) and gives it to fraudsters, you get your bank or c/c to ‘reverse’ the transaction ..
