Im buying something of ebay but when I go to pay for on paypal it says I didn’t verify my bank account.
I don’t wanna pay through my bank I would like to pay through paypal using my paypal balance.

If you have enough in your Paypal balance, it will take it from this first. Paypal only uses your backup funding when there isn’t enough in your Paypal balance.
Once you verify your bank account Paypal automatically deducts payments from your Paypal balance before it deducts from your bank account. So, all you have to do is verfiy your bank account (for security reasons) and then it’ll automatically select to pay with your balance.
Paypal will do what ever you tell it to do, Pay from balance, bank account or Credit card. With out a verified account the EBay seller will be told your shipping address is not verified and to be careful about shipping to a unverified address.
Pay Pal will use your PP balance first and then either a credit card or bank account that you will eventually verify.
