I’m too worried about security issues, so I wanted to get a prepaid Visa to put onto PayPal so I could collect money for commissions.
Would this work?
Would it at least verify the account?
If it won’t, any other ideas, to keep myself secure?

To keep yourself secure you should look further than prepaid cards.
There is nothing like knowledge.
For instance I surely hope you aren’t using Internet Explorer
Have you tried going to http://www.google.com and typing: “security on the net”. You will get a rainbow of knowledge shining down on you, just grab it.

will be as secure as any. It’ll happily go through paypal’s verification process and you can get money out from any ATM.
Just download and read the contract from their sign up page, it’s a pdf file you save to your computer.
