there is not any money in my paypal account. but there is some in my bank. i want to send some money to another paypal account from my paypal so he can buy something. so when i send the money, should it come straight from my bank (the money i send) ?

If you have your bank account linked to your PP account it will automaticly pull the money if the current PP balance is less than what you wish to send.
Only requirement is that you confirm your bank account.
Under ‘My Account’ click on ‘Profile’ then select ‘Add or Edit Bank Account’. Inside of there is where you confirm your account. It will debit your bank account for $1 to make sure the routing is correct then it returns it. So don’t panic.
