I don’t have a credit card .
I also can’t use paypal.
I want to transfer my money to an account like paypal & through that pay for rapidshare .
what do u suggest ?

You don’t need a creditcard with paypal, you can link your bank account to paypal instead and then pay for the RS account that way
Don’t get sucked in the the click and referals scheme like mentioned above. You will end up going around in circles and having to annoy friends to get referals in order to earn money…… that’s why he is using Yahoo answers to get referals!
use your bank account. why don’t you try wire transfer or local agent of rapidshare.
