They’re telling me to contact them for another method of payment, but ill only accept paypal. What should I do?

you could tell them their payment failed and let them try to correct the problem with pay-pal. If you don’t accept any other payment methods you don’t have any other choice.
If they don’t correct the problem then re-list the item.
