I only want to accept money orders as a payment on ebay. I was wondering how I pay an “ebay fee” if I only am accepting money orders because i don’t have a bank account. Thanks

I’m not sure you can. You may have to go through Ebay customer service for this (with which, good luck – they tend to give very pre-scripted answers).
I paid an Ebay seller with a check once, waiting for my item until the check cleared, so at that time, Ebay was OK with non-paypal forms of payment for sales/purchases. They simply took all the fees for that sale out of the seller’s bank or other account, rather than deducting from the purchase price as that money passed through their hands.
They do, however, have to have some way of getting into your funds in order to deduct their fees – if you have no bank account of any kind, you might be stuck with a pre-paid credit card or a Paypal acct.
