I need a non bank Debit Card like a paypal debit card. I dont want a credit card, but I would like to get something back on my purchases. I have a paypal debit card that gives me back a percent on purchases. Any suggestions?

I don’t get it. You already have the PayPal one. What more do you need?
By the way, rewards cards (credit, not debit cards) give you more bonuses. Just pay off your card in full every month to avoid interest.
I’ve researched these prepaid debit cards a lot. There are number of them, all charging a lot of fees with exception to one – Bank Freedom prepaid Mastercard http://www.bankfreedom.com
They have no activation fee (more others have $10) and the card is free of monthly service cost with direct deposit. It works anywhere Mastercard works. I have one and no problems. Hope this helps.
