The only time PayPal uses the Redemption Code(s) is when a purchase is made so the cards can’t be combined on PayPal. But you can use any number of gift certificates, gift cards or coupons for a purchase.

1.Click the Pay now button for the item you are buying.
2.Enter the redemption code from the gift certificate, gift card, or coupon in the “Redemption code” field at the bottom the page and click the Apply button.
Tip: If you received your redemption code online, it’s easier to copy it and paste it into the “Redemption code” field instead of typing it.
3.Click the “Update Total” link to see your new total.
4.Complete your purchase. If the value of your gift certificate, gift card, or coupon doesn’t cover the total price of your purchase, you can pay the balance with your PayPal account using your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit card.
