1.If you want to receive money from someone, all you have to do is just give them the email address that you used in signing up for your paypal account.
*Just make sure that you provide the exact and correct email address coz if the email address was wrong there could be 2 scenarios:
a. if there had been a mistake in the address but that address is non-existent anyway, the money would be ‘unclaimed’ and would be floating in the paypal system until it was cancelled by the sender of the payment
b. if there had been a mistake in the address and the erroneous address unfortunately happened to exist, you would have to communicate directly with the owner of that account to have the payment returned to you which can turn out to be a tedious process
2. Once you have received the payment/money, you can either let it sit on your paypal account and use it for future purposes or if you have a bank acct attached with your paypal account, you can just transfer the funds to your bank acct.
* the last i know, paypal has 3 types of account: personal, premiere and business. It is free to send and receive money for personal accounts but receiving money through a premiere or business account has a corresponding charge for every payment/amount that you receive. You can probably check it at their website.
