I have been trying to give someone who bought an item from me a refund however I don’t have enough funds in my paypal account but I have a credit card and it won’t take some of the funds of that.
What can I do?

Associate a bank account with your paypal account. Paypal isn’t going to pay a fee to the merchant provider to issue a refund on your behalf.
Hi,
if you have a credit card on file there’s no reason why it won’t pay the refund. check & make sure the info on paypal is current.
