I Accidentally Pressed To Pay With Credit Card On Ebay But I Want To Pay With Paypal.. How To Change That?

I was paying for an item and I forgot my paypal password so I pressed the “pay with generic credit card” link instead. I got into my paypal now, so is there any way to change it so I can pay with paypal. I asked the seller to send me a payment request to my paypal and I would pay it, is that all that I can do?
