hi, i dont have any credit cards but i want to open one paypal account can i transfer through any bank account (axis bank)
Or any govt. banks like SBI.. but how..?? I want to tranfer direct cash.

Use your debit card # and Pay-pal will verify the account and you can use that for $ transfers.
