How can I verify my paypal account without a bank account or credit card? I used to pay for ebay items and it worked fine, but just recently I got a message: “The amount of this transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit and cannot be processed at this time.”
You will need to comfirm bank account and all this other bullsh*t.

Sorry, but Paypal will only let you spend a certain amount without verifying. Until you do, you can’t spend anymore.
