i got a personal paypal account and want to send $100 to it. I have an icici account, a bank of baroda account and other few accounts and was wondering if i can send money to paypal.
The last time i tried to send money using my icici debit card, paypal said that the debit card was not of a valid format, although the card is a visa card.
Please let me know if there is an easy way to send money to my paypal account.

You need to have credit card if u want to transfer money to paypal account in india or else u can take from friend and give them indian currecy if u want help i know one guy from india do this. contact him http://ramizfx.com/contact
You have not mentioned the purpose of transferring money to Pay Pal.
it is for foreign currency transactions. and only Credit card holders who have VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS OR MASTER CARD will only be entertained. YOUR debit card is not accepted by Pay Pal.
And for making the ebay global purchase only pay pal is helpful
not for just gifting or for importing some items not legally allowed.
