Pull up the transaction in your history fill where you received the money. Open that transaction and click on the refund link. If you don’t do it that way, the buyer will not get all their money as PayPal will treat it as a transfer and hit them up for the fee. When you refund a payment, the fee is reversed from your account as well.
It will pull the money out of your account just as if you were doing a payment for something you purchased.
