One guy opens dispute on me. I sold him a new phone and he broke it and he asked for refund, but I don’t agree to give him. So he opens dispute. I’m afraid paypal gonna let him win and take money from my bank account. So I want to block my bank account from paypal to take my money. What can I don? Please Help ! My money amount on paypal already says $-200. But the paypal haven’t taken the money from my bank yet. Please Help Help !!

I don’t think they are legally allowed to pull money out of your bank account without your consent. I think they’ll freeze your paypal account then they hire a collection agency to get the money.
There is only one way out, you should close your paypal account, and reject that charge back. and contact your bank immediately to reject any paypal transaction for this particular amount. or you can close your bank account. and re-open it after few days, if you do not see any way out
Contact Paypal and try to work it out. If they believe he is correct, you have to abide with their rules. I’m sure you agreed to that when you signed up with them.
