There’s no instant transfer from your bank to PayPal. You are also not allowed to transfer funds from a card to the PayPal balance. You only have the option to have it added within 3-4 bus. days. I think you want to buy items using your account and want to make the payment instant, right? You can add the ATM card from the same bank account (it doesn’t have to be a credit card).That works if you don’t want to give credit card info. PayPal then fronts the money and then turns around after 3-4 to take the money from your bank. So, in a way, it’s instant.
Typically,for instant transfer you would use a credit card such as Visa or Mastercard. This card has to be confirmed with Paypal and can take some time to setup, or at least it used to.
