Hi everyone. Do You know how can I contact PayPal service via EMAIL without having account with them?
I had subscription to LOTRO and before I removed it from that account I closed it. Now they keep sending messages that subscription payment failed. Maybe You had the same problem?
Please help! If You know email address please post it. Thanks!

Lst time i had a problem with then i went to paypal.com and in the bottom of the page it says contact us i clicked the link and there you send the message the lnk is on top!!
Go to:
http://www.paypal.com
and click on “Contact us” at the bottom of the page
