Hmm, perhaps sign up for paypal and put money in the account using a prepaid visa? I believe that most prepaid Visa’a will work with paypal. Basically, they are just a gift card. You can only spend the amount of cash you’ve put on them.

GOOD LUCK IF THEY ARE DISHONEST. THEY WILL SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT AND EBAY WILL DO NOTHING EVEN IF YOU HAVE DELIVERY CONFORMATION. Do what the other person said ask a friend to use their paypal account and pay the friend in cash.
As the person above me said, if you pay with a check or money order and the seller decides not to ship, you can do nothing except leave negative feedback.
Most sellers are good, hardworking people and their feedback is worth to them much more than the cost of an iPod. So, if you decide to send them a check or money order, make sure you read their feedback very carefully
