im 15 and i want to make a paypal account from www.paypal.com so i can get silk for a game called silkroad online…i would get the money from completing online surveys…if i do get the account would i get a paypal card or anything??? and does any1 no any good online surveys that i can take for this?

You need to have a bank account and a credit card to have a paypal account, and you need to be 18 to have a credit card.
You can also have your parents make a paypal account, and ask them if you want to buy something, if that would work for you.
About 18. When ever you get a credit card. Maybe ask your parents or guardians for the silk, to buy it for you off of THIER Paypal account.
You have to be old enough to have your own bank checking account. One of the ways they verify you are who you say you are is to make two small deposits into your checking account, like 9 cents and 3 cents, and you have to email them back telling them the amount of the deposit. You need a checking account to do this.
