They do not charge anything to deposit money in your bank account from your paypal account.
They do not charge anything just to transfer money from your account. The only charge is the one you occurred during your enrollment to paypal. At least I have never been charged anything.
Nothing they will make two deposits into your account. Something like 7 cents and 16 cents you then follow the links and enter the amounts they deposited into your account.
They will then mark your account as confirmed. It is to make sure this is a good account.
