Hi, i’m only 15 and I have a pay-pal account. I saw the Premier option, and I was going to find out how much it was to have a Premier account so i clicked continue, and then it said i was upgraded to a premier account! I don’t know what to do, because if its a ton per month i’m just gonna close my account down. Please help, quick!

The Premier Account is completely free, just like the regular account. It just allows you to have more options, like a Pay Pal Debit Card. You can also put Donate or Payment buttons on your website. This allows you to sell products or services, as a small business.
PayPal accounts are free they don’t cost you anything.
If you’re not 18, PayPal does not want you on their site. (see below)
