Hi, so I sold something on eBay and got a email saying “NOTICE OF PAYMENT RECEIVED – PLEASE SHIP ITEM” from paypal, but the payment was not credited to my account so I cannot ship the item yet.
what should i do? should I ship the item? when will I receive it?

When the e-check clears, you will receive a email.
Probably in 4 to 5 business days.
I sell on eBay too and I stipulate that the items will not be sent until payment is credited to my account. When you receive the payment, send the item. Every time I have sold something the payment was credited right away. The winning bidder has a certain length of time to make the payment. eBay has all this info on their site.
did you check your paypal account (not your bank account)
you will have to transfer to your bank acccount yoruself
it should be in your paypal account
