I have paid for an item on April 10, yet I haven’t received the item yet. I have disputed the charge with paypal after contacting the seller many times and am now awaiting the result. Right now the action is waiting for the sellers communication.
Does anyone know how long this process takes? It’s been over a week now, and am wondering when paypal is going to give up on the seller like I have and just refund me…

they usually give the seller 30 days to respond, so it could be a while.
I had an incident lile that in Nov 2008, on eBay. Paid Nov 10, money credited back to the card after about six weeks.
