Hi, i recently sold something on eBay UK, and the buyer is telling me that he needs to verify his UK paypal account with the bank as he’s reached his limit. This involves paypal depositing small sums of money into his account which he will need to verify. So far, i’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now.
Does it really take this long or should i consider relisting my item? thanks!

There are 2 ways to get verified. It should not take longer than 2 weeks. Flag him with negative feedback and contact ebay for a refund.

takes a while they put 2 small amounts in over 2 weeks then you gotta let them know what those 2 amounts were etyc etc it takes about 3 weeks

Relist the item. I would not verify bank accounts with paypal because I had my paypal stolen. I did have a verified bank account with paypal, but the administrators told me that my security question, password, email has been changed. I never autorized these changes. so, I don’t want your bank account stolen, so relist is better.
I would re-list the item it only took me 3 days.
