To come out of my bank account? I bought an ebay item on the 4th, paypal says it’s completed, the item has arrived but it hasn’t appeared on my bank statement yet. This is how it always happened, should it be that slow?

The issue sounds like something to do with your bank rather than PayPal itself. Normally PayPal transactions will post within a few days on your bank account, but every bank is different and depending on how they handle things it might take 7-10 days or even longer to post.
I would recommend contacting them if it doesn’t show up in a few days, perhaps they are having a technical issue or if your checking your bank account online it might not be displaying correctly.
It is most likely the bank’s fault, paypal will not go ahead with a payment unless it can get the cash first
i think you have to go on your account and withdraw funds before it goes in and then usually around 3to 5 days
