i recieved the pending on january 23rd and it is still pending now. paypal told me to ship the item so i shipped and received a positive feedback but never received the payment. the payment is still pending. so how long should it take in order for me to receive it???

If it also says pending in your PayPal account, try to contact the buyer. He or she might be having problems with the payment because the wrong bank was used and have resulted in overdrafts. But if you received an email saying that you were paid by the buyer but will be in pending status until the buyer receives it and nothing is posted in your PP account, please report the situation to eBay and PP immediately. I have to be honest and also am sorry that you will never ever be able to recover your item if that is the case. Emails about payments made are not enough it has to be posted in your account as well.
