I sent paypal an E-mail this morning and I still have no answer. How long does it take for them to send an E-mail back? Also is there a way so that when I call them I talk to an actual person and not a robot?

Usually it takes them 24 hours or the next buisness day. So, if you send them an email on friday night, they will normally respond on monday or tuesday. (402) 935-7733 and 877 672-9725 should get them.
