I opened one last week and haven’t heard anything yet, I bought a DVD on ebay through paypal and never received it.
Is it likely I’ll get a refund?

Hi there 4 – 6 weeks. Usually they will give you the refund however less the delivery costs.
If you paid for reciept delivery then it is upon them to prove otherwise.

The dispute resolution can take three or four weeks but you will get your money refunded.
Unless the seller can prove you have received the DVD player (ie they sent it recorded delivery and you signed for it) then you will get your money back.
That is the great thing about paypal!
if the seller has sent the dvd recorded delivery and prove you received it, it should be decided in your favour, but it takes time, about 3 to 4 weeks
It may take a month or so. I think your refund is likely.
It depends on how quickly, if at all, the other person responds to your complaint.
Yes, you should get your refund, but be warned, it will not be a full refund. Paypal never do refund all the payment.
Mine took about 4 weeks, & no I did not get a refund, but the seller was banned from Ebay
I paid for a mobile phone through paypal over a year ago. I never received the phone and opened a dispute with them. I paid nearly £100 for the phone and after a week or so I received about £20 back. I was told that that was all I could receive at that time as the seller had withdrawn the money from his paypal account. I still have not received the rest from them
