Someone bought something from on Ebay but it was a double post and I refunded it this morning.
She bought it again (thinking she made a mistake) & refunded it again.
She just wrote me telling me it shows that she has paid for it twice but on Paypal it shows both as refunded.
What is going on?

In my experience, it takes a while for the refund to get back to the sender’s account — about 3-5 business days, longer if there is no balance in your account and Paypal has to take money from your bank account or credit card. Tell your buyer that you have refunded her payment and that she should be patient

When money comes in, it’s harder to come out
Refunds go thru instantly.
She doesn’t realize she paid for it twice the first time.
