If the answer to this is unknown how long does it take a resolution agent to get to your claim? I have been checking on it everyday and for about a week now it says a resolution specialist is looking into your dispute. Just wondering when the ball is going to get a rolling cuz I need this money so that I can buy phone from an honest seller.

It really varies. I’ve heard of cases where a claim was resolved immediately or very quickly, but I’ve also heard of cases dragging on for longer than a week. It also probably depends on how busy PayPal is. Since it’s the holiday season, they may be very busy and that could explain why it’s been a week at this point.
I think they can take up to 20 days. The ones I have dealt with have taken about 2-2 1/2 weeks.
