I completed the three steps (verifying your bank account, upgrading account, and picking a mailing address), but there isn’t a link to go any further. I remember seeing something saying you had to be a member for like two months before you can apply for it?
Also, how to I find out the date I signed up for Paypal? On the home page it only gives the year.

I’m not sure how long before you can get the debit card,I’ve mine so long I forget.If you connected paypal to your bank account,you had to verify the deposit they sent you,it will be in your bank statement.
